Purpose and terms of use
1x2 Online is a free service that lets a group of people predict football results and compete against each other for points. Access to the site is open; certain features require registration.
Users undertake to use the site lawfully, not to impersonate others, not to enter offensive content in free-text fields (username, group name, description) and not to take any action that could damage or overload the service.
The owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of any user who breaches these terms, without any right to compensation arising from it.
Intellectual and industrial property
The code, design, texts and the "1x2 Online" name belong to the owner. Reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.
Club and competition names, crests and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. 1x2 Online is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by LaLiga, UEFA or any of the clubs represented.
Fixture, result and standings data comes from the public football-data.org API and is shown for informational purposes.
Liability
The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service nor the absolute accuracy of sports results, which depend on an external data provider. No liability is accepted for decisions users make based on the information published.
As a free service provided without consideration, the owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile where the user qualifies as a consumer.
This is not a betting site
1x2 Online is a free game between friends. No money is wagered, there are no cash prizes, there is no fee to take part, and it is not a gambling platform under Spanish Law 13/2011.
